Spin welding for plastic and thermoplastic materials circular Rotating friction welder equipment

SUYUSONIC design and build bespoke automated systems tailored to meet our customers’ diversified requirements.

The operator will put the plastic parts into the cavity of the lower tooling, and then put the welding joint into the upper tooling and press the start button. Then the product will be clamped, the cylinder will work, the safety door will drop, the rotary welder will work and the welding is OK, the clamping cylinder will be released automatically, and the operator will take out the product and operate in a cycle.
